These Terms govern your use of Formly: Forms (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About the App

Formly is an independent iOS application that helps users create, manage, and analyze forms, including forms connected to their Google account. Formly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

Your account and permissions

Some features require signing in with a Google account and granting specific permissions. You are responsible for your account and for ensuring you have authority to access or process the forms and responses you use. You can manage third-party access in your Google Account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to violate laws, infringe others' rights, access information without permission, distribute harmful material, or interfere with services. You are responsible for the forms you create, content you upload, and information you collect from respondents.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated summaries and analyses are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before relying on them for important decisions. AI features may involve sending selected form content and responses to Google Gemini as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features. Access to third-party services may change independently of Formly. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Fees

The current version does not offer a paid subscription. If paid features are introduced, applicable prices and conditions will be presented before purchase and these Terms will be updated as appropriate.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
